In a story that sounds like it was from this Washington not DC, a powerful Democrat legislative leader has decided to ignore the Executive of his party and not vote to raise the minimum wage.
Evidently Harry Reid heard Jay Inslee’s call for a “conversation” on the minimum wage, and decided that was much more appropriate than actually, say, voting on it in Congress.
