Jay Inslee’s dependence on millions from labor unions in his last campaign is well known, but he generally tries to hide his efforts to reward his investors.
However, every once and awhile, Inslee’s intentions are obvious. The most recent example – a $287,000 per year sole source (or no-bid) contract being given to the Washington State Labor Council for “Rapid Response services”. Does that mean that Inslee doesn’t think that state employees who pay dues to the State Labor Council can be counted on to work “rapid” enough?
Or, does Jay Inslee think that the state has so much money that no one will notice $287,000 being given to his trusted campaign donors?

maybe they should have a rapid response team help him pull his head out of his ass??

He hired a union to do work…. That’s news ???
