Which union should get the most taxpayer money?

It’s not enough for the unions which control the Democrat party to drive up the cost of state-funded projects with monopolistic “project labor agreements” – which keep competition out  of the bidding for the work – now they can’t even agree on which union gets the taxpayer money, so they shut the project down. Will any Democrat elected official step up to say enough of this nonsense?
