The Seattle Department of Transportation– a government agency that survives on taxpayer dollars and exists to serve the people– sent out a highly inappropriate tweet earlier this morning. Apparently, the Seattle DOT thinks commuters traveling via cars are all “scumbags.” Check out the bizarre tweet below:
