Republicans are used to the senseless raging of the Democrats Senate leader, Harry Reid of Nevada. Fortunately for civil discourse everywhere, he is retiring.
However, Reid is trying to burnish his legacy on the way out, and has decided the best way to do that is portray himself as a grand strategist, especially compared to the geniuses who have run the Democrat Party into the ground over the last eight years.
According to The Hill, “outgoing Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid tore into the Democratic National Committee (DNC), calling it a ‘worthless’ organization that doesn’t do enough to help state parties.”
Perhaps Reid should have shared this insight with party leaders before the lose of the White House, and failure to win back Senate or House majorities in D.C. Because, according to him, he had the answer all along. In an interview with Nevada public radio, Reid said of the Democrat National Committee “they do nothing to help state parties. That should be the main goal they have. I developed everything in Nevada on my own. Their help was relatively meaningless.”
Of course, now that he is leaving, Reid is willing to share his solution with his party, telling the DNC “they can take my model if they want — it’s not rocket science. It doesn’t take a lot of brain power to figure out what needs to be done.”
It must not take a lot of brain power if Senator Reid came up with it – just attack, attack, attack, and make up things as you go along, as Shift has highlighted in the past.
Because that is the legacy Reid will take with him back to Nevada.
Reid, just like Obama..” IT AIN’T MY FAULT” !!!!
Thanks Reid for helping the BEST candidate become our 45th. President..!!!!!!!!!!!
