According the Attorney General’s analysis, the statute Jay Inslee so often uses to push his extreme “green” agenda is not binding. Unfortunately, that reality will not deter Inslee from pursuing his extreme “green” agenda by bypassing the state Legislature and imposing a carbon rule on emissions.
