The 2016 state Legislature is creeping closer to an end, but certain bills have already met their end. We have a list of five bills that have died this legislative session. In other news, the King County Council decided, for some bizarre reason, to take another look at useless and pricy “foot ferries.” Also, a new report from data company INRIX reveals that travel times on I-405 have, in fact, gotten worse for commuters.
