The Daily Shift – November 03, 2016

Campaign money is on folks’ minds as the campaign season draws to a close. So today at Shift we highlighted a front-page Seattle Times story that puts a spotlight on Hillary Clinton’s top Washington State donors – or at least those giving from $100,000 to $1 million.

We also couldn’t help but share the foibles from a couple of Democrat campaigns that Shift has written about in the past. In our 22nd (but probably not last) installment of the (McDermott) Hunger Games, we explore whether you can call someone “Trump-like” in liberal Seattle circles (are there any other kind there?) and get away with it.

And we also spotlight the “pride” that rookie candidate Lisa Wellman has in her ability to not know how to spell President Barack Obama’s name. Wonder if she knew she could have edited that before posting on Facebook?
