Well, now that the Electoral College electors have survived anonymous phone calls from across the country, and did what everyone expected them to do in their every-four-years ritual (re-affirm the election of a new president), we can turn back to more typical activities here at Shift.
So, even though today is not a Throwback Thursday, we write about yet another Jay Inslee plan to raise taxes (which, as we point out, the media has already determined won’t happen), comment on yet another goofy protest in Seattle (jails equal hate, evidently), and highlight the wasteful spending habits of yet another Democrat elected official (your last turn on stage, Lands Commissioner Peter Goldmark).
The more things change, the more they stay the same.
