IRS Commissioner claims no criminal wrong-doing, has yet to look at criminal statutes

Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) asks IRS Commissioner John Koskinen to provide criminal statutes he has evaluated to support his claim of no criminal wrong-doing. Koskinen replies, “I have not looked at any.”
