Jay Inslee Gas Tax 2021 - Shift Washington

Studies show that Jay Inslee’s latest green scheme – a “low carbon fuel standard” (LCFS) – could increase the cost of gas by 46 – 63 cents per gallon. This would be on top of the current state gas tax of 49.4 cents per gallon, but unlike that tax, the new “Inslee Gas Tax” does not put a single penny back into our roads.
