We’re on the downhill side of the last week of 2016, with Shift taking another look at the tax-raising lumps of coal that Jay Inslee put into taxpayers’ Christmas stockings this year. Today we highlight the gas/carbon tax that Jay has been trying to jam down our throats since his days in Congress.
We also provide a glimpse today at a couple weeks of Jay’s December “work” schedule, to show you just how a governor can find the time to get holiday shopping done (spoiler alert, it involves doing very little actual governing).
