Last week, we pointed out the sketchy circumstances surrounding Jay Inslee’s secret negotiations with state employee unions.
Big labor donated millions of dollars to elect Inslee during his last campaign. And, as we all witnessed during his first term, Inslee has made sure his million-dollar supporters were well rewarded – using taxpayer money, of course.
Inslee and his staff have insisted that his re-election campaign will not impact what happens in negotiations. Of course, given the secret nature of the proceedings, the public only has his word for it – and that’s just not good enough.
Inslee has a special relationship with special interests – we’ve exposed his relationship in the past, and we will continue to do so.
