Liberal think tankers are so predictable – wherever the conversation starts, it will end with the demand to change our state’s tax system. The Democrats’ stated goal of a state income tax is never too far from the surface.
Remy Trupin, of the Washington Progress Alliance-funded Budget and Policy Center, provides yet another example of liberal overreach. It’s not enough to consider raising the nation’s highest state minimum wage by over 50% – that must be part of an extensive job-killing, big-government approach that is so in favor with the liberal intelligentsia.
Of course, it’s easy for them to have all the answers if Democrat legislators keep giving them OPM (Other People’s Money).
