If voters pass Sound Transit 3 (ST3), the sales tax in one city in Snohomish County would increase to a staggering 10.4% – moving well ahead of Chicago for #1 in the country. Considering permanent weight placed on the shoulders of taxpayers that will continue for generations, ST3 is the most important decision our generation will be asked to make.
