Democrats and their “green” supporters have quite a few plans to regulate carbon emissions, and they are pushing them this legislative session. Yet, environmentalists claim they are on the defense when it comes to the state Legislature this year. In other news, Democrat lawmakers proposed a graduated state income tax scheme that would be imposed by a constitutional amendment and far-Left activist Darcy Burner is, once again, considering a run for public office… this time it would be for a state House seat.
