If Jay can just get the teachers union out of the way, it should be much easier to get a bi-partisan charter bill approved than tackling the other topics we feature today, like getting Bertha going after a two-year delay. Or, Inslee could tell Mayor Ed Murray to stop trying to steal tax dollars from his alma mater, the good ol’ UW. Go Dawgs!
