Jay Inslee’s extreme “green” supporters have announced their intention to push a carbon cap and trade scheme via an initiative in 2016. The details have yet to be released. However, based on hints, the initiative would make Inslee’s planned carbon cap rules that much more harmful to Washingtonians.
That means more damage to our state’s economy while, of course, benefitting special interests groups that give Inslee campaign money.
Time and time again, extreme “green” activists in our state have proved that reducing carbon emissions isn’t really their primary goal. That’s why they exclusively push schemes that seek to raise taxes and use the revenue to benefit “green” special interests.
