4 questionable results from KCTS-9’s Washington Poll

Last week, KCTS-9 released the results of its 2014 Washington Poll. Findings included a rather high overall approval rating for Jay Inslee (nearly 54%). That is a significant jump from Inslee’s 45% approval rating back in January. In fact, the jump is so significant, it prompts justifiable doubts concerning the poll’s dependability. Here are a couple of other questionable results from the poll:

1.     17.6% of Washingtonians have never sent or received an email.

2.     50.1% of Washingtonians have never posted or commented on Facebook.

3.     3.3% of Washingtonians have never heard of the U.S. Congress.

4.     6.5% of Washingtonians have never heard of the State Legislature.
